The cider is made from apples from Järiste Veinitalu apple orchard. Juicy cider with a pleasant character is combined from 10 different apple varieties. Both cultured yeast and wild yeast have been used.
Appearance - clear, straw-yellow, with a pleasant bubble
Aroma - ripe apple, fruitiness
Taste - light bitter tannins, fruity acidity, Nordic crisp taste
